English Rabbits (also known as English Spot Rabbits)
This rabbit is also a 19th century breed, like the Dutch above. The English has usual colouring which makes it instantly recognizable. The coat is patterned with a narrow band of colour down the spine, dark ears, dark eye circles and markings on the flanks with a butterfly marking on the nose.


  • Varieties: Blue, black, tortoiseshell, chocolate or grey on white.
  • Weight: Females & Males : 8 lb (3.6kg).
  • Physical Attributes: Medium size, patterned.
  • Personality: Gentle and friendly, but very active.
  • Coat Type and Grooming: A medium-length coat that sometimes requires a bit of extra grooming when molting.
